Program Management:
<\/div>
● Closely work with the waste\-collectors community and scrap shops for their overall
<\/div>
social and economic development.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Work towards effective program delivery management to assist and support day\-
<\/div>
to\-day community interventions activities w.r.t social and financial inclusion,
<\/div>

<\/div>
health, nutrition and education programs, supplies distribution, stakeholder
<\/div>
development and management, networking and follow\-up activities.
<\/div>
● Manage and groom a team of project field workers, assigning KPI\u2019s and
<\/div>
monitoring them.
<\/div>
● Coordinate with local authorities, government agencies, and other
<\/div>
stakeholders to ensure benefits are implemented.
<\/div>
● Support in the preparation of the program logical framework, timeline, M & E
<\/div>
framework and budget.
<\/div>
Reporting and Documentation:
<\/div>
● Log KPI data into our application to monitor performance.
<\/div>
● Ensuring timely, concise and accurate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
<\/div>
on prescribed formats and applications.
<\/div>

<\/div>
General Responsibilities:
<\/div>
● Ensure professionalism at all times and demonstrate exemplary prioritization of
<\/div>
workload skills.
<\/div>
● Ensure that the PFC policies, SOPs and protocols are being adhered to at all levels
<\/div>
of the company.
<\/div>
● Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and security.
<\/div>
● Willingness to travel frequently across India, sometimes at short notice,
<\/div>
including other places as per need of the project or company.
<\/div>
● Work closely with the PFC team and Partners.
<\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>
● Any graduate with Community development/ social work experience.
<\/div>
● MSW / MA in Development will be preferred.
<\/div>
● 0\-2 years experience in program management (community development)in the social
<\/div>
service sector.
<\/div>
● Experience working with the informal sector workforce.
<\/div>
● Good understanding of social and environmental concepts and methods.
<\/div>
● Experience of being part of any program/project management or field work would be
<\/div>
an added advantage.
<\/div>
● Engagement, plastics recycling, and waste management will be helpful.
<\/div>
● Fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali languages.
<\/div><\/span>
