● Manage and groom a team of project field workers, assigning KPI\u2019s and<\/span>

● Coordinate with local authorities, government agencies, and other<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
stakeholders to ensure benefits are implemented.<\/span>

● Support in the preparation of the program logical framework, timeline, M & E<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

framework and budget.<\/span>

Reporting and Documentation:<\/span>

● Log KPI data into our application to monitor performance.<\/span>

● Ensuring timely, concise and accurate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
on prescribed formats and applications.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>

● Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and security.<\/span>

● Willingness to travel frequently across India, sometimes at short notice,<\/span>

including other places as per the need of the project or company.<\/span>

● Work closely with the PFC team and Partners.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Requirements<\/h3>● Any graduate with Community development/ social work experience.
<\/div>● MSW / MA in Development will be preferred.
<\/div>● 0\-2 years experience in program management (community development)in the social
<\/div>service sector.
<\/div>● Experience working with the informal sector workforce.
<\/div>● Good understanding of social and environmental concepts and methods.
<\/div>● Experience of being part of any program/project management or field work would be
<\/div>an added advantage.
<\/div>● Engagement, plastics recycling, and waste management will be helpful.
<\/div>● Fluency in English, Telugu languages.
<\/div><\/span>
