Safety Admin

Job Summary

We are looking for Safety Administrator to work closely with our HSE Manager. You will play an important role in supporting safety documentation, ensuring compliance, coordinating records and reporting, and facilitating safe practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and update safety‑related documents, permits, training records, certificates, and compliance data for easy retrieval and audit readiness
  • Track training and certification renewals to support adherence to safety standards
  • Prepare safety and administrative reports to assist management in monitoring and improving safety performance
  • Coordinate administrative support for safety programs, meetings, and refresher training sessions
  • Support ISO documentation processes and quality compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with project teams and internal departments to coordinate safety records and implementation of safety processes
  • Assist in safety communication and awareness initiatives across teams
  • Perform other administrative and compliance support duties as required

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications

  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or related environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) with strong documentation and reporting ability
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good communication skills to liaise with project teams and stakeholders
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently to meet deadlines
