Safety and Location Software Engineer

Minimum Qualifications
Strong Software Engineering skills including design, programming (C, C++, Python, Git) and debugging
Experience crafting APIs and broad experience in system design
Well versed in software design paradigms and software development best practices, including development with Gen AI assisted and agentic workflows
Excellent analytical, programming, and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications
Thrives in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while driving multiple projects across teams
Genuine passion for safety-oriented technology and a drive to continuously innovate in ways that make a real difference in people's lives
Familiarity with basics of RF or location estimation technologies
Experience designing and debugging frameworks and multi-threaded / multi-process systems
Deeply passionate about user privacy and understand the balance between privacy and safety
A creative mindset with a track record of bringing innovative ideas to life in safety-critical or user-facing products
Experience with Objective-C or Swift programming
