Safety Coordinator (A&A Works)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MS), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), toolbox meeting records, and related documents
• Conduct toolbox meetings and site safety briefings
• Monitor workers’ PPE usage and safe work practices on site
• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project team on safety matters
• Assist in accident / incident investigation, reporting, and corrective actions
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain site safety standards
• Attend site safety meetings, inspections, and audits
• Support overall implementation of company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred
• Possess valid MOM-recognised WSH Coordinator certificate
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction and/or A&A works preferred
• Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations and site safety practices
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with site personnel
• Good communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
