POSITION PURPOSE/MISSION:
Responsible for assisting and performing a variety of analytical projects and activities in supporting the needs of the team, including assisting with daily tasks and participating in various learning opportunities.
Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Planning and organizational skills
Ability to succeed in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Capacity to think critically and find solutions where necessary
Proactive approach to responsibilities and willingness to contribute
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist with projects and tasks assigned by manager
Perform clerical duties such as data entry and document organization
Conduct research and compile reports
Attend meetings and take minutes
Learn technical skills relevant to function
Shadow professionals to gain insight into workflows
POSITION CHALLENGES:
Juggling multiple responsibilities and projects
Asking questions and seeking guidance where necessary
Working independently as needed
