Safety Manager (A1 Building Main Con)

Join a reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in delivering building projects across Singapore. They are now seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance across multiple project sites island wide.

What you will do

• Lead and manage WSH compliance across multiple construction projects in accordance with MOM and statutory requirements
• Develop, implement, and review WSH policies, risk assessments, safe work procedures, and safety management systems
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety reviews to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Liaise closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on all safety-related matters
• Drive safety awareness initiatives, toolbox meetings, training, and campaigns to cultivate a strong safety culture
• Monitor subcontractors’ safety performance and ensure proper implementation of control measures on site
• Prepare safety reports, documentation, and statistics for management review
• Support tender and pre-construction activities on safety planning where required

What you will need

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Workplace Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Must be a registered WSH Officer & ECO
• Possess a Specialist Diploma in WSH
• Possess minimum 8 years of relevant WSH experience in the construction industry
