Safety Manager / Operations & Safety Coordinator

Aral Cargo LLC is a U.S.-based trucking company operating 25+ trucks across America. Our Tashkent team runs the back office — and we are growing fast.
We need one sharp, organized person to own our compliance and safety operations.

What you'll do:
— Track our FMCSA safety score weekly and report directly to the Manager
— Maintain all driver files and compliance records in Dropbox — clean, labeled, current
— Build and update an Excel dashboard showing safety trends and violations
— Pick up whatever operational tasks needed

Salary: Fixed Salary Discussed in Person based on Experience + Year End Bonus
