Key Responsibilities:
<\/h4>- Ensure implementation of workplace safety policies and procedures.
<\/li> - Conduct daily safety inspections at plant/site locations.
<\/li> - Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by employees and workers.
<\/li> - Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
<\/li> - Conduct safety induction and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
<\/li> - Maintain safety records, incident reports, and compliance documents.
<\/li> - Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
<\/li> - Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company standards.
<\/li> - Coordinate fire safety drills and emergency response activities.
<\/li> - Support EHS audits and inspections.
