Festivals from India is hiring on behalf of our client, Saffronart.<\/b> They are looking for a bright, self\-motivated, and detail\-oriented <\/span>Editorial Assistant <\/span><\/b>with 2\u20133 years of professional writing experience. This role supports the editorial team across a range of writing, research, and administrative functions, contributing to both day\-to\-day operations and key projects. The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of English, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. A background in art is highly desirable. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements<\/h3>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Creative Writing.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
2\u20133 years of professional writing experience.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Excellent written and spoken English, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Prior experience in a content, editorial, or journalistic role.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Ability to write clearly and concisely while adhering to the organisation\u2019s style, tone, and\nvoice.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently once assigned a project.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Background in or working knowledge of Indian art preferred.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Basic understanding of SEO is an advantage.<\/span><\/span>
