Sake/Wine Sommelier
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, ensuring that it meets the highest standard and expectations in all aspects of products and service quality according to Company standards
- Provide guidance to staff and actively lead by example in carrying out ground duties with strict adherence to standards of service, operating procedures and health/safely regulations
- Ensure adequate placement of stock for operations use, while being mindful of wastage and breakage
- To suggest/sell sake/Wine to guests based on their preference to enable the guests to enjoy a full Fine-Dining / Omakase experience
- Ensure proper handover of shift including debrief on happenings
- Attend to customers’ feedback and handle them effectively and promptly
- Constantly review work processes and recommend measures to improve service excellence
- Effectively administrate all necessary paperwork and submission
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Superior or Senior Management
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sake-pairing and restaurant operations
- Related Sake/Wine Certifications
- Pleasant personality
