Education requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, physics, materials science, industry engineering or a related technical field.

Experience requirements:

  • More than 8 to 10 years of experience in sales or related technical support, with a proven track record in direct customer management for cloud service providers (CSPs) and major customers.

Language skills:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English. (Native English speakers will get extra points.)
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus because the role includes communication with customers' Japan branches.

Key skills:

  • Coordinate with internal field application engineers (FAEs) and product line managers.
  • products and provide technical support.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Solve problems effectively and maintain a results-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrate strong deal-closing skills.
  • Can lead multiple function counterparts to achieve company request tasks.
  • Understand how to promote ST products across multiple applications, including servers and artificial intelligence (AI) computing, robotics, automotive design, microcontrollers (MCUs), and handheld devices.
  • Learning new technologies for the ever-changing industrial direction

Business development:

  • Show initiative, maintain a results-oriented approach, and track projects effectively to deliver revenue.
  • Demonstrate strong Microsoft PowerPoint prepare & presentation skills. Build large-scale partnerships, joint laboratories, and memorandums of understanding (MOUs).
  • Strong ambition and proactive attitude to achieve company goals, agile delivery.

Software:

  • Be familiar with Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel pivot tables (PVs).
