Sales Account Manager (Corporate Gifting) (P)

Location: North Region, Singapore

Salary: $3000 - $4000 + commission


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Understand clients’ needs and recommend tailor-made gifting solutions to match their branding and marketing objectives.

  • Manage and grow relationships with both existing clients and new corporate accounts.

  • Expand the pipeline by reaching out to cold leads and new prospects.

  • Conduct client discussions via phone, Zoom, and face-to-face meetings, including site visits when necessary.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and coordinate sales orders to ensure smooth execution.

  • Maintain strong client satisfaction through proactive updates, responsiveness, and service recovery.

  • Consistently follow up to improve conversion rates and build long-term partnerships.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs set by management

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or account management (B2B is a strong advantage).

  • Experience in corporate gifts / wholesale / Events or related industries is preferred.

  • Able to build trust quickly, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Bilingual to support communication with clients.

  • Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable working independently.

  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic sales reporting.
