Sales Account Manager

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Drive sales and provide excellent customer service
  2. Manage customer accounts
  3. Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular and effective communications
  4. Handle customers’ enquires and propose solutions that meet their requirements
  5. Work with various departments to respond to customers’ technical queries
  6. Review customer’s quotation requirements against company’s resources and capabilities
  7. Follow-up with customers on quotations submitted to secure orders
  8. Perform contract review to ensure requirements match quotation’s terms of supply and ensure documents/information are sufficient for production and delivery
  9. Plan and execute sales strategies
  10. Conduct presentations and customer visits
  11. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Sales statistics and reports
  12. Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Hard Skills:

· Understands BOM and Drawings

· Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· Prior experience with ERP systems preferred

  • Soft Skills:

· Excellent presentation skill

· Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

· Meticulous with attention to details.

· Motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently within a team environment.

· High level of initiative – can-do spirit, collaboration, continuous improvement

· High adaptability to dynamic environment
