Sales Account Manager

We\u2019re looking for a Sales Account Manager<\/b> to expand our presence in Hyderabad<\/b> by driving IT Infrastructure solution sales<\/b> for mid\-size to large enterprises.
<\/div>
You\u2019ll be responsible for new customer acquisition<\/b>, account growth<\/b>, and territory management<\/b> while collaborating with the Pre\-Sales & Solutions team<\/b>.
<\/div>
The role reports to the VP \u2013 Enterprise Sales (Mumbai HO)<\/b>.

  • Drive new customer acquisition and grow existing accounts in the Hyderabad region.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Sell a range of IT Infrastructure solutions including Servers, Storage, Cybersecurity, Hybrid Cloud, VDI, Mobility Management, and Backup & DR.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Leaders, and Procurement Heads.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate with OEMs and partners to deliver competitive, value\-driven solutions.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience<\/b> in IT Infrastructure / Enterprise Solution Sales<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong understanding of enterprise technologies \u2014 Servers, Storage, Cybersecurity, Hybrid Cloud, VDI, and Backup/DR<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proven success in both hunting<\/b> (new business development) and farming<\/b> (account management).
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication<\/b>, negotiation<\/b>, and relationship\-building<\/b> skills.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to work independently in the Hyderabad region<\/b> while coordinating with the Mumbai Head Office<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Familiarity with OEM ecosystems such as Dell, VMware/Broadcom, Microsoft, Veeam, and Commvault<\/b>.
