Sales Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned sales portfolio
- Conduct cold calls, deliver sales pitches, and present solutions to prospective clients
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
- Liaise with customers on operational, administrative, and accounts receivable matters
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience with a proven track record in account management
- Possess own transport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
