    Role Overview:<\/b> The Sales Account Manager (SAM)<\/b> is responsible for identifying new industrial clients, understanding technical requirements, creating solution proposals with engineering teams, and closing profitable SI deals. This role is 70% consultative/solution selling<\/b> and 30% account farming<\/b>.

    Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

    1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Identify new opportunities in manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, heavy industries, electronics, and logistics<\/b>.
      <\/li>
    • Map industrial clusters and engage with plant heads, facility teams, safety heads, and IT managers.
      <\/li>
    • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and trade events.
      <\/li><\/ul>

      2. Requirement Gathering & Technical Scoping<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Conduct site visits, walk\-throughs, and requirement workshops.
        <\/li>
      • Document detailed needs for surveillance, access, networking, safety, and automation.
        <\/li>
      • Work with design & technical teams to develop BOQs, drawings, and integrated solutions.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        3. Solution Presentation & Deal Closure<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Present solutions, conduct demos, and showcase industry\-specific use cases.
          <\/li>
        • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement discussions.
          <\/li>
        • Close deals with clear profitability and margin targets.
          <\/li><\/ul>

          4. Account Management<\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Manage key factory accounts to drive continuous business<\/b>, including
            • annual surveillance upgrades
              <\/li>
            • preventive maintenance packages
              <\/li>
            • network expansions
              <\/li>
            • IoT/automation add\-ons
              <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
            • Ensure customer satisfaction through strong relationship management with plant teams.

              5. Cross\-Functional Collaboration<\/b>

              • Work closely with project delivery, purchase, and operations teams for smooth execution.

              • Provide accurate project handovers and support in kickoff meetings.
                <\/li>
              • Track deliveries, installation progress, and client approvals.
                <\/li><\/ul>

                6. Forecasting & Reporting<\/b>

                • Update CRM with opportunities, pipeline stages, and forecasts.

                • Report weekly on revenue, funnel health, competition insights, and account activity.

                  • 1\u20135 years of experience in industrial or factory\-focused sales<\/b>:
                    • CCTV / ELV / security systems
                      <\/li>
                    • Industrial automation
                      <\/li>
                    • Network infrastructure
                      <\/li>
                    • System integration
                      <\/li>
                    • IoT solutions
                      <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                    • Prior experience working with factories/plants is a strong advantage.

                      • Strong consultative selling ability.

                      • Ability to understand floor operations, safety requirements, and plant security challenges.
