Sales Account Manager (Wines)
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and grow key on-trade accounts, including international and regional hotel groups
· Handle hotel wine tenders, listings, renewals, and range reviews
· Work closely with sommeliers, F&B directors, outlet managers, and beverage managers
· Develop business with organised restaurant groups and group purchasing structures
· Navigate pricing sensitivities, rebates, margins, and volume expectations
· Build long-term key account relationships through service, training, and commercial relevance
· Execute channel-specific sales strategies balancing brand-building, volume, and profitability
· Plan, organise and participate in wine tastings and trade events.
· Keep updated with product knowledge and stay informed of competitors’ products.
· Ensure timely collection of account receivables.
· Any other ad-hoc duties or projects within the sales and marketing function as and when assigned by the HOD.
Requirements
· Proven track record in on-trade wine sales, specifically with hotels and organised restaurant groups
· Strong existing network with hotel procurement and F&B decision-makers
· Deep understanding of on-trade pricing and margin structures
· Commercially disciplined, results-driven, and relationship-focused
