Kohler | Renuity is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in our Kent, WA location!

The award-winning Renuity is the exclusive dealer in Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona for KOHLER's LuxStone Walk-in Showers and Walk-in Baths.

The Sales Administrator works directly with the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and in-home Sales Consultants to provide support in all areas of onboarding new customer files. They will create and maintain specialized reports, records, and files required in connection with department work processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Intake all new sales and fully audit sales paperwork and pricing according to standard operation procedure.

  • Complete “welcome call” to customers after auditing, ensuring all customer information has been accurately entered into CRM and all documents and signatures have been collected.

  • Collect and compile a weekly list of completed jobs and photos to maintain a “before and after” portfolio.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience using SalesForce CRM and other Microsoft Office programs.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with an emphasis in problem resolution.

  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.

  • Keen attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
