Sales Administration Executive (B2B)
About the Role
Our client is looking for a driven Business Development Executive (B2B) to support their growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and acquiring corporate clients. This role focuses on expanding our B2B presence through partnerships, corporate sales, distribution channels, and online e-commerce/FMCG channel.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and develop new B2B opportunities (corporate clients, distributors, retailers, events)
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
Perform outreach via cold calls, emails, and networking
· Sales & Client Acquisition
Develop and present tailored proposals to potential clients
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals
· Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
Manage key accounts and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
· Strategic Growth & Partnerships
Explore new channels for business expansion (corporate partnerships, bulk sales, collaborations)
Work closely with marketing to support campaigns and lead generation
· Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution
Align with management on sales targets and growth strategies
· Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and sales activities in CRM
Provide regular updates and insights on performance and opportunities
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Experience using CRM tools is a plus
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
