Ideal Profile
Experience & Background
- Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is essential
- Proven experience in an administration, sales support, or operations coordination role
- Experience supporting procurement, customer coordination, and reporting activities
- Essential experience using ConnectWise
- Strong ability to maintain accurate records, CRM updates, and operational documentation
- Comfortable working with reporting tools, procurement tracking, and sales administration processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building and customer follow-up capabilities
- Ability to coordinate across internal teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

- Assist with preparing and managing client quotes and sales documentation
- Support internal sales processes and maintain accurate CRM records and updates
- Provide administrative assistance across day-to-day business operations
- Ensure documentation and operational records are maintained accurately and efficiently
- Source and purchase IT equipment and services in line with business requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and manage procurement activities and order processing
- Track procurement timelines and ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Support operational coordination to ensure smooth internal workflows
- Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and project progress
