Ideal Profile

Experience & Background

  • Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is essential
  • Proven experience in an administration, sales support, or operations coordination role
  • Experience supporting procurement, customer coordination, and reporting activities
  • Systems & Technical Skills

    • Essential experience using ConnectWise
    • Strong ability to maintain accurate records, CRM updates, and operational documentation
    • Comfortable working with reporting tools, procurement tracking, and sales administration processes
    • Communication & Coordination

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Excellent relationship-building and customer follow-up capabilities
      • Ability to coordinate across internal teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
      • Strong organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail

Responsibilities

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Assist with preparing and managing client quotes and sales documentation
  • Support internal sales processes and maintain accurate CRM records and updates
  • Provide administrative assistance across day-to-day business operations
  • Ensure documentation and operational records are maintained accurately and efficiently
  • Procurement & Operations

    • Source and purchase IT equipment and services in line with business requirements
    • Liaise with suppliers and manage procurement activities and order processing
    • Track procurement timelines and ensure timely delivery of products and services
    • Support operational coordination to ensure smooth internal workflows
    • Customer & Team Coordination

      • Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and project progress
      • Coordinate internal team activities and help keep tasks and deliverables on track
      • Support scheduling, team organisation, and operational planning activities
      • Contribute to maintaining a collaborative and productive working environment
      • Reporting & Documentation

        • Generate reports and operational updates for management as required
        • Maintain organised documentation and filing systems
        • Support continuous improvement through accurate reporting and process coordination
        • General Administration

          • Provide broad administrative support across the business
          • Assist with maintaining efficient operational processes and positive team culture
          • Support additional business activities aligned with operational and administrative needs
