Sales Administrator (1 year contract)
Job Description:
- To perform clerical duties such as data entry, updates and filing of documents etc.
- To process, keep track and clear customers purchase orders in a timely manner.
- To work closely with respective sales account holders in resolving order discrepancies and related issues with customers.
- To perform, maintain and monitor system updates (contract data and payment etc) timely to facilitate order fulfilment and shipment to customers.
- To coordinate, facilitate other administrative activity such as customer sample delivery and cheque collection via third party.
Requirements:
- ‘N’ level with min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in customer service will be an advantage
- Possess good communications & co-ordination skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- 5 days work week (8.15am to 5.15pm)
