Sales Administrator
Reporting to Head of Sales, this role is to manage daily sales administration activities, ensuring timely delivery of accurate quotations and documentation, while providing responsive support to customer enquiries and maintaining compliance with company standards.
Duties and Responsibilties
Operation
Ensure engineering documentation and sales quotations are prepared accurately and delivered to customers on time, with all clarifications addressed.
Support the Head of Department in handling and escalating any technical or documentation-related clarifications.
Prepare and submit quotations and tender documents to customers.
Process sales transactions via online platforms, email, and phone.
Ensure accuracy of orders and invoices.
Manage order fulfilment and delivery timelines.
Compile sales reports and monitor sales activities.
Maintain and update customer databases and records.
Act as a point of coordination for daily activities of the Engineering Support Administrator.
Communicate and escalate customer feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Develop strong knowledge of company products and service offerings.
Administration
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
Address customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service quality.
Monitor sales progress and support the Head of Sales in tracking team and company targets.
Work collaboratively with internal departments such as Sales, Engineering, Accounting, Production, Service, and Warehousing.
Contribute to a positive team environment, ensuring strong cooperation and mutual support to deliver excellent customer experience.
