Sales Advisor

Schedule: Exempt (salary), min 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm

What You’ll Do:
The Sales Advisor plays a pivotal role in growing the Avenues membership community. Leveraging strong sales expertise, this role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and converting leads and referrals into new memberships.
Sales and Memberships
  • Proactively generate leads through various channels, including marketing campaigns, referrals, networking, and other outreach methods.
  • Manage and follow-up on referrals and prospective membership leads.
  • Clearly explain membership options, contracts, and qualifications to prospective members and their families.
  • Communicate membership decisions (acceptance or denial) to applicants in a professional and timely manner.
  • Facilitate the completion of membership contracts, including obtaining final signatures from accepted members.
  • Process membership applications and ensure all required information is distributed to the appropriate personnel for review and approval.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and CRM documentation.
  • Safeguard member confidentiality and ensure compliance with corporate financial accountability standards.
Marketing
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote membership growth.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns and events to engage prospective members.
  • Organize and host public relations events.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven sales experience, with a track record of success.
  • Experience in medical or senior housing sales is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated strength in negotiation, presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
