Make your mark at one of the leading payments companies. We are looking for a Sales Analytics to join our constantly evolving sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of portfolio performance reports (sales, billing, activation, retention, growth, attrition, among others).
Analyze trends, segment customers, and generate actionable recommendations for the sales force.
Coordinate the updating of dashboards and automated reports (Excel, Sheets, SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, among others).
Ensure the integrity and consistency of information across different systems (CRM, internal databases, among others).
Propose improvements to the measurement of sales KPIs and analytical processes.
Track sales initiatives (activation, retention, expansion, etc.) and measure results.
Serve as a liaison with BI, Finance, and Product areas to standardize data and definitions.
Train and guide analysts and operational staff in the area.
As a member of our sales force, you will always represent EVO's values, incorporating the highest ethical and quality standards.
What will you bring to the table?
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field. Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field
3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, business planning, business intelligence, or portfolio analytics
Advanced level of Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic automation)
Proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, filters, segmentations)
Knowledge of visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
Desirable experience with CRM or sales platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
Advanced English
The following will be considered a plus:
