Job Summary
You will support the sales team in Singapore by coordinating meetings, managing orders and contracts, handling quotations, and preparing sales reports to drive effective sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize meetings to proactively support the sales team’s activities and contract management
- Manage customer orders, monitor demand and stock availability, and collate manual allocations to ensure timely fulfillment
- Handle quotations, agreements, contracts, and delivery coordination to facilitate smooth sales processes
- Prepare and provide weekly and monthly sales data reports to support sales meetings and decision-making
- Create and update sales product presentations and catalogues to enhance sales communication and marketing efforts
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in any field, with preference for engineering-related majors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong analytical skills applied to problem-solving in sales support contexts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document preparation and reporting
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach
