Sales and Business Development Agent - Uganda

We\u2019re hiring a Hybrid Business Development Agent<\/b> to help us supply wristbands and event merchandise<\/b> to malls, hotels, swimming pools, schools, NGOs, printing partners, and major events across Uganda<\/b>.
<\/p>

This is a performance\-based, flexible role<\/b> \u2014 not full\-time \u2014 as long as you hit your daily and weekly KPIs. You\u2019ll work remotely, visit clients, make calls, and use social media to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>
Generate 10 bulk leads (5,000+ pieces)<\/b> and 15 small leads (<5,000 pieces)<\/b> daily
<\/p><\/li>
Make calls to prospects and update Excel sheets
<\/p><\/li>
Identify high\-traffic venues & events using wristbands
<\/p><\/li>
Share samples and collect pricing info from clients
<\/p><\/li>
Close 10 deals per week<\/b> and set up client meetings
<\/p><\/li>
Retain and upsell to top clients
<\/p><\/li>
Social media outreach via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Partner with printing firms & event companies<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate deliveries with our fulfillment partner<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain a weekly tracker of upcoming events<\/b> through December
<\/p><\/li>
Submit daily activity reports<\/b>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
Ideal Candidate
<\/h3>
2\u20133 years<\/b> in sales, cold calling, or field marketing
<\/p><\/li>
Strong communication & networking skills
<\/p><\/li>
Fluent in English and Luganda<\/b> (written & spoken)
<\/p><\/li>
Fast typing + excellent email/WhatsApp communication
<\/p><\/li>
Proficient in Microsoft Excel<\/b> for tracking leads/events and reporting
<\/p><\/li>
Self\-motivated, organized, and results\-driven
<\/p><\/li>
Familiar with using social media for business<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Based in Uganda<\/b>, mobile, and willing to meet clients.
<\/p><\/li>
Have stable internet and laptop for good communication.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
