• Essential: Any Engineering degree , preferably B Tech in Mech /Chemical/Civil

• Desirable: Excellent communication skill and having knowledge in Hazop, QRA, SIL , process safety etc. Logistic Safety
• Minimum 5 Years Experience
• Salary upto 12 Lacs

Specialization: Diploma in Industrial safety

Education in Industrial Safety

• Strong working knowledge of all HR disciplines with hands-on experience in Learning & Development.
• Should have taken some initiatives on engagement front with a flair of content writing.
• Excellent communication and relational skills to effectively work with different people across and outside the organization
• Ability to build trust, respect and confidentiality
• Show adequate balance between firmness and diplomacy
• Organizational skills
• Hands-on and practical approach
• Ability to work under own initiative and independently
• Ability to work under pressure and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
