About the Role
We are seeking a Sales and Events Executive who work with the Sales and Events Manager, build strong client relationships, and position Mama Shelter Singapore as a must-visit destination for travelers and locals alike.
You will be responsible for:
Execute sales strategies across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
Build strong partnerships with key accounts, agencies, and local businesses.
Assist in negotiations and close deals to maximize revenue opportunities.
Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
Arrange showroom visits and presentations for target clients.
Promote seasonal and critical revenue opportunities to drive business growth.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in hospitality sales (minimum 2 years, preferably in lifestyle hotels).
Experience with Events organization and management is a plus.
A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Creative, energetic, and passionate about hospitality and people.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
