Sales and Marketing Executive

Growth Lead: Marketing, Branding & Sales (Remote, Full-Time) About Us We’re an AI SaaS startup building an end-to-end platform that begins with customer support automation and expands into smarter business workflows. We’re growing fast and looking for someone who can drive that growth even further. The Role We’re looking for a Growth Lead to take ownership of our marketing, branding, and sales efforts while working closely with the founders and team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative and gets things done. You’ll shape how we present ourselves, build our sales pipeline, engage with customers, and close deals. You’ll work closely with the founders and have real influence on both strategy and execution—from go-to-market ideas to product feedback. What You’ll Do * Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, and closing * Build and refine our brand presence across Social Media, website, and content * Targeted sales campaign for SMBs and mid-market companies * Create marketing materials: posts, case studies, landing pages, and product messaging * Speak with customers, gather insights, and share feedback with the product team * Build and manage a sales pipeline; track performance and improve results * Represent the company in client conversations, online communities, and offline meetings/events with customers What We’re Looking For * 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, SaaS marketing, or growth (we value results over degrees) * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship opportunities available) * Strong written and spoken English communication skills * Ability to clearly explain AI/SaaS products to non-technical audiences * Resilient, persistent, and comfortable with rejection in sales environments * Basic analytical skills (data handling, research, reporting, and presenting insights) * Reliable internet connection and a focused remote work setup Compensation & Benefits * Base salary: BDT 15,000/month * 30% commission on every new customer's first-month subscription fee — uncapped.
