Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The professional will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as planning and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting and participating in live brand campaigns, and training team members to achieve sales targets. They will also contribute to developing innovative marketing strategies and driving both team and individual performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and the public
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive results and meet targets
• Experience with Training and mentoring team members to develop their skills and meet organizational goals
• Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities to implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Previous experience in events or roadshows is a plus
