Sales Appointment Confirmer
In Person Position
Are you sick of being paid for your time and not your results? The Sales Appointment Confirmer is a versatile role with both administrative and sales responsibilities. In this position you will be capitalizing on scheduled sales leads to confirm their appointments and coordinating with other sales professionals to turn MAYBES into MONEY. You will have UNCAPPED monthly bonuses to drive your own income while being supported by an hourly base. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, money-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package/Hours:
Monday – Friday (12:00 PM – 9:00PM), Occasional Weekends
Starting Hourly $20.75 + Uncapped Bonus
On average Sales Appointment Confirmers earn an additional $500-$1,000 a month in bonuses with top performers taking home well over $1,500! a month. With uncapped bonuses, YOU control your income!
Responsibilities:
Make inbound and outbound calls to qualify potential customers and confirm appointments with homeowners.
Use a proven script to keep conversations moving and overcome objections.
Consistently hit clear and achievable monthly metrics and earn your bonuses!
Stay sharp on the phone and take clear notes.
Work within a team and attend regular training and meetings centered around skill coaching and career development.
Qualifications:
Clear and Direct Communication Skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Experience with Google Sheets/Excel is a PLUS
