Sales Assistant

This is a remote position.

KevinRoot Medical is looking for a remote Sales Support Representative to help connect prospective clients with our team and support the onboarding of new clients.

This role works closely with the current sales team and helps manage client communication, follow-ups, scheduling, and administrative support throughout the sales and onboarding process.

The ideal candidate is an excellent English communicator and writer, comfortable speaking with clients, responding to emails, organizing tasks, using CRM tools, and navigating AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to help improve workflow and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound and outbound sales support calls
  • Respond to client and prospect email inquiries
  • Support new client onboarding with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative updates
  • Assist with CRM, Zoom, and calendar management
  • Help organize follow-ups, meetings, and client communication
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to support writing, organization, research, and workflow tasks

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and prospective clients by phone, email, and Zoom
  • Experience with CRM systems, calendar tools, and basic administrative platforms
  • Ability to manage follow-ups and keep tasks moving without constant reminders
  • Comfortable learning and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
  • Previous experience in sales support, client service, administrative support, or healthcare-related roles is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a sales team
  • Experience with client onboarding or account setup
  • Strong writing skills for professional client communication
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, podiatry, orthotics, or related fields is a plus
