Sales Manager (B2B Commercial Printing / Packaging / Large Format)
Are you a sales professional with experience in commercial printing, packaging, labels, POSM, or print production solutions?
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales growth through business development, networking, referrals, and client acquisition activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brand owners, marketing agencies, retailers, and procurement teams.
- Provide consultative printing and packaging solutions based on customers' branding, marketing, and operational requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to secure projects and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with production, pre-press, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across print, packaging, promotional materials, and related services.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the printing and packaging sector.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within commercial printing, packaging, POSM, signage, publishing, or related print manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, substrates, packaging materials, finishing techniques, and production workflows.
- Proven track record in business development, account management, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable engaging decision-makers across various industries.
