 Research on business opportunities, identify sales points, develop strategic plans and sales
<\/div>
strategies
<\/div>
 Coordinating with the Manager, creating strategic and innovative plans to drive business
<\/div>
 Responsible for creating new opportunities consistently & meeting opportunity goals.
<\/div>
 Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, cold calls, referrals,
<\/div>
presentations & sales campaigns.
<\/div>
 Presentations to the top level personnel, negotiations & necessary dealing with prospective
<\/div>
customers.
<\/div>
 Reaching out to the SI / Dealers / Distributors for creating new channel Partners.
<\/div>
 Maintaining relationship with existing dealers / system integrators (SI) through periodic calls,
<\/div>
Presales Support \u2013 client visits & product demonstration, credentials pitch, solution
<\/div>
pitch, Bidding assistance, BOQ / BOM assistance, Escalation resolution.
<\/div>
 End to End sales cycle management from appointments with clients, client visits & product
<\/div>
demonstration
<\/div>
 Ensure effective management of the sales process \- lead generation, credentials pitch,
<\/div>
solution pitch, rigorous follow up to achieve the favourable closure and conversion of the lead
<\/div>
& finally handover to the account management team.
<\/div>
 Enhancing the dealer network & sales through them, through new dealers appointment, cross selling,
<\/div>
sales campaigns etc.
<\/div>
 Manage and Maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation i.e. Presentations /
<\/div>
proposals to meet client\u2019s needs.
<\/div>
 Developing, maintaining and maturing sales pipeline by rigorously driving the lead cycle.
<\/div>
Required Skills
<\/div>
 Hard\-core End to end corporate / Channel sales cycle experience,
<\/div>
 Software selling background
<\/div>
 Technical Education Background \u2013 BE \u2013 EC / CS would be preferred
<\/div>
 Excellent verbal and written communication Skills as well presentation skills
<\/div>
 Experience on complex deals
<\/div>
 Experience / Ability to understanding Client's needs and offering right solutions
<\/div><\/span>
