Sales Associate (Enterprise Resource Planning Software)

Responsibilities:
<\/p>
- Identify and engage with potential customers through various lead\ngeneration strategies such as cold calling, networking, attending industry\nconferences and other relevant means within your assigned territory.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision\-makers\nat prospective client companies.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, understand their\nbusiness needs, and present our ERP software solutions as viable solutions to\ntheir problems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint,\neffectively communicating the value proposition of our ERP software solutions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Understand client needs and challenges to tailor solutions that\nmeet their specific requirements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding assigned\nsales targets.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Deliver\ncompelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and\nbenefits of our ERP software, effectively addressing prospect concerns and\nobjections.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with the team and technical experts to develop\ncustomized proposals and quotes that align with customer requirements ensuring\naccuracy and adherence to company policies.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and\nemerging technologies to remain competitive and establish yourself as a subject\nmatter expert.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Achieve sales targets and performance objectives, regularly\nreporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer information\nand sales activity data.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing valuable\ninsights to the sales leadership team.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with colleagues in marketing, pre\-sales, and\nimplementation to ensure a smooth customer journey.<\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a\nrelated field is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within\nthe ERP software industry.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
Strong understanding of ERP software concepts (SaaS, IaaS, and\nPaaS)will be preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving\nrevenue growth.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
In\-depth knowledge of ERP software functionalities and their\napplications across various industries.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation\nto closing deals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
