Schedule: Primarily 2nd Shift
- Weekdays: 12:00pm–10:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm
- Saturdays: 10:00am–6:00pm

What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate – Moving Assistant, you'll work directly with new homeowners to help coordinate and establish important home services while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct customer conversations through phone, text, and email communications
- Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
- Guide customers through available home service options and recommendations
- Present products, services, pricing, and promotions in a clear and helpful way
- Accurately process orders and complete required documentation
- Manage follow-up communications and pending customer requests
- Investigate and resolve order or service-related issues
- Maintain accurate customer records within company systems
- Deliver a seamless experience from initial contact through completion
- Participate in coaching, training, and team development opportunities

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
- Call center experience
- Experience using CRM software
- Experience working in performance-based environments
