  • Weekdays: 12:00pm–10:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm
  • Saturdays: 10:00am–6:00pm

What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate – Moving Assistant, you'll work directly with new homeowners to help coordinate and establish important home services while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct customer conversations through phone, text, and email communications
  • Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
  • Guide customers through available home service options and recommendations
  • Present products, services, pricing, and promotions in a clear and helpful way
  • Accurately process orders and complete required documentation
  • Manage follow-up communications and pending customer requests
  • Investigate and resolve order or service-related issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records within company systems
  • Deliver a seamless experience from initial contact through completion
  • Participate in coaching, training, and team development opportunities

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

Preferred

  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Call center experience
  • Experience using CRM software
  • Experience working in performance-based environments
