Sales Associate VIC

Typical Duties Include:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Maintain high store presentation standards, including merchandising displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organised, and fully replenished at all times.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience in retail sales or custmer service.
• A desire to achieve sales targets.
• You should enjoy customer service as much as making sales.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to obtain an ASIC pass which includes background checks.
• Flexible Availability (Weekdays and Weekends)
