Job Description

In this role you will own a part of the commercial transformation of our sales branches. You will structure complex problems, build data-backed business cases, and present recommendations directly to senior stakeholders — including Heads of Sales — to convince them to change how they operate. This is not an analytical support role: you are expected to drive change, own the narrative, and be the person in the room who can challenge the status quo with rigour and credibility.

In this role, you are contributing by…

  • Leading business analysis and consulting workstreams to drive transformation across the sales organisation:

    • Structuring ambiguous problems, mapping current processes, and identifying root causes of underperformance

    • Building data-backed business cases and financial models to support recommendations

    • Designing and presenting executive-level materials to convince senior stakeholders (e.g. Heads of Sales) to change their approach

  • Driving cross-functional execution of selected transformation initiatives, working hand in hand with local teams:

    • Overall project management: align on scope and plan, monitor execution, resolve issues

    • Liaising with in-market stakeholders to align on direction, unblock issues, and communicate progress

    • Scaling successful approaches from one market into global projects

  • Supporting the continuous improvement of the Global Sales organisation through:

    • Best practices (cross-market sharing, external benchmarks)

    • Insights (process analysis, research projects, performance measurement)

    • Use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar) to draft documents, structure analyses, and build presentation materials efficiently

How do we define success in this position

  • Transformation projects delivered with measurable impact on New Business MRR

  • Senior stakeholders convinced and aligned — you can point to specific changes in how a branch operates because of your work

  • Recommendations are clear, data-backed, and adopted — not just presented

Qualifications

What will help you thrive?

  • You have 3+ years of professional experience

  • You're fluent in English (any other language — Spanish, Portuguese, Polish — is a plus)

  • Ideally a Data Science, Statistics, Math/Physics, Computer Science or quantitatively oriented background

  • Strong technical expertise — SQL is a must, Python is highly valued:

    • Solid experience designing and querying databases; ideally experience owning or contributing to data warehouse schemas

    • Knowledge of Tableau / Power BI or other BI tools — ability to edit and create dashboards

    • Python modelling experience; knowledge of key data science algorithms: clustering, regression, decision trees, XGBoost

    • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar) and workflow automation platforms (Make, Zapier, Cowork or similar)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment without a fixed ticket queue — you set your own priorities based on business impact

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver rigorous insights to tight deadlines

  • Experience in internal tooling development is a strong plus

  • Prior experience in SaaS or marketplace business models is a plus

  • Ability to package insights and communicate with stakeholders, including leading working sessions

  • Proven experience working with multicultural teams and navigating complex organisations
