Sales - Business and Education Lead - Malaysia

- We are seeking a highly motivated Business and Education Leader to drive growth by fostering relationships with strategic customers and partners, shaping our Small Business, Enterprise and Education positioning, and supporting key executive Enterprise and Government engagements. - Build strategic customer and partner Engagement. Facilitate and manage c-level relationships with strategic customers and partners, identifying joint opportunities and fostering long-term collaborations. - Secure high partner motivation by engagement and plans that align Apple and the partner’s growth strategies to expand the Apple footprint and ecosystem cross countries. - Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive positioning to identify new business opportunities and strategic initiatives. Fostering new ideas and building a strategy that turns ideas into action. - Drive strong cross-functional Collaboration. Partner with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and solution engineering to align business development initiatives with go-to-market strategies. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on sales strategy, customer engagement, and innovation. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative, inclusive and innovative team culture. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 10 years minimum of proven commercial/B2B strategy, marketing and or sales experience in Malaysia, preferably in senior management capacity with background from IT Software/Services/Hardware Demonstrated superior communication, relationship building, influencing in both English and Bahasa Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience in sales strategy, business development with proven experience of inspiring and leading teams in the field of Business and Education. Proven track record in strategic customer engagement and partner relationship management. Strong relationship building skills along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and partners cross-functionally. Experience in engaging with Government to developing shared vision of use of technology as well as support procurement processes Excellent management skills. Setting goals, driving performance and developing a team, fostering collaboration and a can-do attitude. You’re an expert at presenting and handling pressure. You simplify complex information and engage audiences. You empower others to learn and share your passion for the Apple story.
