Sales & Business Development Executive

DC9 Gifts Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and responsible Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team!

If you enjoy talking to customers, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and working in a fast-moving corporate gifts and printing environment, this role may be suitable for you.

✅ Job Responsibilities:
📩 Reply to customer enquiries through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and website leads
🧾 Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
🎁 Recommend suitable corporate gifts, apparel, bags, drinkware, and event merchandise
🎨 Use Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to place clients’ logos onto product images for simple mock-ups
🏭 Coordinate confirmed orders with our production team
🚚 Assist with delivery arrangements and customer updates
🤝 Build good relationships with corporate customers
