Sales/Business Development Executive (IFM)
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IFM services.
- Build relationships with Key clients, Managing Agents, Property Managers, Developers, MCSTs and key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Negotiate contracts and secure new business.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Support contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers and service delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Property Management, Security, Cleaning, or Engineering Services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with tender processes and contract management is an advantage.
