Sales/Business Development Executive (IFM)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IFM services.
  • Build relationships with Key clients, Managing Agents, Property Managers, Developers, MCSTs and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure new business.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Support contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Property Management, Security, Cleaning, or Engineering Services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with tender processes and contract management is an advantage.
