We are looking for ahigh-performing, result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager with a proven track record in the freight forwarding and shipping industry. If you are a hands-on sales and highly self-motivated, this role is for you.

  • Base Salary: $2,000.00 – $6,200.00 per month (Commensurate with experience)
  • High Commission: 10% to 35% of monthly net profit
  • Allowances: Monthly transport allowance provided

πŸ“‹ Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Generation: Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business reports to maximize productivity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal operational teams.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a critical thinker to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

🎯 Job Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience for Managers position, strictly within freight forwarding or shipping. Experience is not required for Executives.
  • Education: GCE 'N', 'O', 'A' Level, Diploma from a recognized institution. ITE candidates who are highly self-motivated will be considered.
  • Mindset: Highly self-motivated, meticulous, responsible, and execution-focused.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
