Job Summary:
An opportunity to drive new business growth and manage key accounts within a technology-driven manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients.
- Analyze and understand the needs of existing clients to support business growth.
- Coordinate technology development projects with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage key accounts by liaising with end customers, suppliers, and manufacturing plants.
- Handle troubleshooting, issue resolution, and day-to-day account support.
- Oversee forecast planning and payment management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Japanese language proficiency (Business level) required for effective communication with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or a technology-based B2B environment; experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Good understanding of manufacturing operations or businesses dealing with technical products.
- Experience working for a motor supplier is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of motors, particularly BLDC motors and pump motors, is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and structure tasks effectively.
- Positive mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach to work.
- Polite and professional demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bright, sociable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- High motivation to learn new fields and technologies.
- Interest in working within a developing or evolving business environment.
