Job Summary:

An opportunity to drive new business growth and manage key accounts within a technology-driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients.
• Analyze and understand the needs of existing clients to support business growth.
• Coordinate technology development projects with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage key accounts by liaising with end customers, suppliers, and manufacturing plants.
• Handle troubleshooting, issue resolution, and day-to-day account support.
• Oversee forecast planning and payment management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Japanese language proficiency (Business level) required for effective communication with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry or a technology-based B2B environment; experience in sales or business development is preferred.
• Good understanding of manufacturing operations or businesses dealing with technical products.
• Experience working for a motor supplier is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of motors, particularly BLDC motors and pump motors, is an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and structure tasks effectively.
• Positive mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach to work.
• Polite and professional demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bright, sociable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• High motivation to learn new fields and technologies.
• Interest in working within a developing or evolving business environment.
