SALES/CATERING MANAGER
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- **Core Team Collaboration:** Join a dedicated team focused on creating memorable experiences for guests through a diverse array of events, including corporate gatherings, weddings, and special celebrations.
- **Strategic Development:** Collaborate closely with the CEO/Creative Director to contribute to the company's continuous improvement and development initiatives.
- **Sales Leadership:** Report directly to the Creative Director and take the lead in managing sales for corporate events, weddings, and prestigious catering projects associated with DHM concepts and international brands.
- **Revenue Management:** Oversee revenue generation, annual sales, forecasting, budget management, and profit & loss statements for events, weddings, and catering revenue plans.
- **Market Identification:** Identify and target various market segments that align with our brand, including corporate events, institutional/contract catering, weddings, and social gatherings.
- **Menu Planning:** Develop tailored menu options for clients based on budgetary constraints while adhering to internal costing guidelines.
- **Sales Strategy:** Drive sales strategically to achieve targets by leveraging knowledge of market trends and business dynamics.
- **Standard Operating Procedures:** Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales related to events, weddings, and catering.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Evaluate and recommend enhancements to sales processes while staying informed about innovations in the marketplace and monitoring competitive activities.
- **Cost Efficiency:** Identify opportunities for cost reduction and enhance overall cost efficiency.
- **Vendor Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with vendors and external partners to host events, utilizing their products and databases to promote all restaurants under the DHM group as a premier choice for corporate events and celebrations.
- **Client Relations:** Establish and maintain lasting relationships by ensuring guest feedback and client demands are addressed promptly and professionally.
- **Additional Duties:** Perform any other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned to enhance overall sales revenue and profitability.
Qualifications:
*Minimum 4 years of related sales experience with 3 years of experience in similar capacity with demonstrated track records.
*Diploma holder or an equivalent education and experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting.
*Strong profile in good strategic business planning to cater to the organization’s business needs
*Excellent knowledge of F&B industry in Singapore
