With our commitment to quality service, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Sales Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
• Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Proactively follow up on quotations via calls and emails to drive successful sales closure.
• Coordinate the preparation and verification of technical documents and certificates.
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, and technical workshop) to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain and update inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all sales activities.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Support cross-functional teams to enhance overall workflow and efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining the QOHS System (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001) and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline, marine/engineering related will be preferable.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong Customer Service orientation with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A driven self-starter who is independent, detailed and resourceful
• Works with initiative and has a positive attitude

Working hours:
Mon-Fri 8am to 5:15pm
Alt. Sat 8am to 12pm (WFH arrangement available)
