General Purpose: <\/span><\/span>UCAM is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will work closely with all the Sales Engineers, reporting sales activities and providing regular updates on the sales funnel. The responsibilities include making presentations, attending techno\-commercial discussions and negotiations, creating necessary documents for further order processing, and assisting in the collection of payments and statutory documents.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/b>

  • On\-time collection of payments<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Order processing and documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Contract review and knowledge of LC, Bank Guarantee<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Import/Export handling \u2013 Process Documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Data Preparation<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Report Generation<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Responding to customer inquiries<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Ensuring timely delivery of sales orders in line with customer preferences<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Producing reports based on the sales performance of employees in the sales department<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    • Coordination with internal and external sales teams<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Preparation of MIS (Management Information System) reports<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to learn and excel<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Planning and executing sales coordination<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Handling customer complaints<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Presentation skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Good aptitude and ability to learn quickly<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • CRM Skills: SAP C4C<\/span><\/span><\/span>
