Job Summary

A Sales Consultant develops and executes strategies to promote and sell Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) mobile offerings. They manage client relationships, lead sales initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to grow market share and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) mobile offerings to employees of existing accounts and onboard new accounts to expand adoption
  • Generate leads and respond to inquiries to increase CIS mobile offerings’ market share
  • Implement sales strategies and achieve individual sales targets while managing and servicing existing accounts
  • Update, negotiate, and communicate CIS offers and packages regularly with company Authorized Officers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement with company Authorized Officers to increase mindshare and awareness
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve corporate mobile offerings and sales strategies
  • Manage onboarding and approval processes, including consulting individual sign-ups for management staff when applicable
  • Organize and support corporate mobile roadshows to promote CIS offerings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or similar services
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships at all organizational levels
  • Ability to deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Self-driven, energetic, resourceful, and creative approach to sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • It is a must to meet KPI and bring in new business
