SALES COORDINATOR
Logistics & Operations
- Manage PO, PI, invoices, packing lists, and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouses, forwarders, suppliers, and customers on deliveries and shipments.
- Monitor freight costs, inventory levels, stock movements, and serial number verification.
- Update records in system and maintain operational documentation.
- Support sales and operational transactions and process improvements.
Finance & Accounts
- Process payments, update bank statements, track payment status, and organise invoices (AP, AR)
- Process expense claims and trade financing requests.
- Prepare documents for audits and maintain financial records.
Human Resources &Administration
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR administration.
- Maintain employee records and organizational chart.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and staff-related administrative matters.
Compliance & IT Support
- Perform compliance checks and maintain company records.
- Coordinate with IT vendors on systems, website, domain, and equipment.
- Prepare IT setup and provide system orientation for new hires.
- Ensure office health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Office & VendorManagement
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and maintenance requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and company administrative activities.
General
Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
Assist management with operational and administrative tasks.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• At least two years.
